What payments will be accepted?
We accept credit and debit cards, AlipayHK, Alipay (China Wallet), and WeChat Pay (Hong Kong and China Wallet).
Where is my ticket?
After completing the purchase, the e-ticket will be sent to the email address registered with your account (please check your primary inbox and spam folder). You can also download your e-ticket from the “My Tickets” page.

If the event adopts a deferred ticket release arrangement, please download the e-ticket from the “My Tickets” page after the specified time.
How to edit ticket holder information?
You can select “Edit ticket holder info” from the ticket you wish to edit on the “My Tickets” page to update the details.

Whether ticket holder information can be changed depends on the nature of the event. For example, real-name events do not allow changes to ticket holder information.
